FALL….FULL SPEED AHEAD!

Dear Friends,

With Labor Day behind us, we officially say goodbye to the lazy days of summer as we usher in the Fall season. Many return to school and we all look forward with enthusiasm about the future during this season of renewal & new beginnings. Speaking of which, I am excited to announce the launch of my personal website www.kramernyc.com (a long time in the making) and the debut of REMARK | KRAMER, my monthly e-newsletter that’s aboutScreenshot 2015-09-01 07.25.25 everything Manhattan, backwards & forward!

As you can see, September proves to be a great time to indulge yourself…whether perusing ‘Dream Homes for Car Collectors’; making that next purchase in Manhattan a reality; to taking advantage of the plethora of offerings taking place this month from the US Open, Fashion Week, the San Gennaro Festival, Giants or Jets games or enjoying “Back to Broadway”…it’s all here in our backyard!

I want to thank you all very much for your business and referrals. I hope you enjoy this newsletter, pass it along and feel free to share your feedback with me.

Happy Fall!

NEIGHBORHOOD IN FOCUS: BEEKMAN PLACE

A residential enclave located just north of the United Nations with tremendous views of the East River and Queens, Beekman Place is an exclusive area in Midtown East with a charming, quiet character all its own. Its pristine tree-lined streets, elegant pre-war residences, and unmatched security and privacy make Beekman Place one of the most highly coveted neighborhoods in Manhattan. All of the buildings in Beekman Place - highlighted by the landmark Art Deco building Beekman Tower - are architectural gems. Almost all of them are co-operatives, so finding a place may take patience, but it will certainly be worth it; this beautiful area is an incredible place to live.
